PharmaConnect India is strictly a SaaS platform provider and technology intermediary. We are NOT a pharmacy, medical clinic, or healthcare provider. We do not sell medicines or provide medical services directly.
We verify genuine drug licenses and audit physical/online training facilities for our PAN India partnership pharmacies. Users must provide valid Drug Licenses to join the network. Verification by us does not constitute an endorsement of clinical practices.
PharmaConnect India does not handle or intervene in any patient-to-doctor or patient-to-pharmacy communications. These channels are managed independently by the respective nodes. We are not liable for the content or outcome of such interactions.
Our sole motive is the digitalization of the pharmacy sector to facilitate a cure with 'secure smartness'. Fees paid are for software access and technical ecosystem maintenance only.
Any legal disputes arising from the use of this SaaS platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Guwahati, Assam, as a unit of WebsApp Solutions.
