Governing subscription cancellations and node activation handshakes for Pharma OS India partners.
Subscription Model
Pharma OS India operates on an annual subscription protocol. Fees paid are for the activation of your digital establishment node and clinical workstation residency for a period of 365 days.
Non-Refundable Nature
Since we provide immediate access to digital services (inventory master, POS terminal, and hub builder), fees are generally non-refundable once the node activation handshake is complete.
Activation Audit
If your establishment fails the 'Verified Hub' technical audit (e.g. invalid Drug License) and we cannot activate your node, a full refund will be processed to the original payment source within 7-10 working days.
Cancellation Flow
Owners may request a cancellation of their membership at any time via the Support Hub. However, no pro-rata refunds are issued for the remaining period of the annual cycle.
Duplicate Payments
In cases of accidental duplicate transactions caused by gateway latency, the excess amount will be atomically reversed upon verification by our financial node.
